Cooperative Games and Fun Fitness Friday's are going well this year! 

Cooperatives are to help students work together, communicate, show integrity, and develop strategies. 

Our Fun Fitness Fridays are to improve fitness levels along with know the muscles of our bodies, improve skills, and describe and know the Health Related Fitness components: 

Cardiovascular endurance, Muscular Strength, Muscular Endurance, and Flexibility

Please make sure you are prepard with athletic sneakers that tie every class. We are also looking for positive interactions and students who are willing to step outside of their comfort levels to try new activities!

Buffalo Bandits Lacrosse in Lovejoy!!

The Buffalo Bandits spent about 4 hours with students in their Physical Education classes! Grades 3, 4, 5, 7, & 8 experienced great Lacrosse lessons from these professional athletes!!
