Our year is off to a great start!

Cooperative Games and Fun Fitness Friday's are going well this year! 

Cooperatives are to help students work together, communicate, show integrity, and develop strategies. 
Our Fun Fitness Fridays are to improve fitness levels along with know the muscles of our bodies, improve skills, and describe and know the Health Related Fitness components: 

Cardiovascular endurance, Muscular Strength, Muscular Endurance, and Flexibility
